Many products are made in house and we are always looking to expand our range. The Veteran Chef BBQ & Smoker After 21 years of service in the Royal Navy ⚓ and RAF ✈️, my passion for bringing people together has found a new mission—serving authentic, slow-smoked BBQ with the same dedication, pride, and attention to detail that defined my military career. From low and slow smoked meats to flavour-packed street food, every dish is cooked with quality, consistency, and respect for traditional BBQ. I'm proud to use and now stock Backyard Pit Rubs—premium, small-batch BBQ seasonings that help create the bold flavours my customers have come to expect.
