How To Use It:

1. Pat the meat dry, then add a light binder if you like (oil, mustard or water).
2. Coat generously on all sides for low and slow BBQ, or season evenly over lightly oiled meat for grilling. For everyday cooking, simply sprinkle over vegetables, chips or burgers.
3. Rest for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature before cooking, or overnight in the fridge for deeper flavour.
